ChronovoCare is a medical savings program. It is not an insurance plan or a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts quoted for all services and products provided under this discount plan will vary depending on the prescription, service, or product and the pharmacy, facility, or provider used and our discounts may reach up to 80% off the retail price. Consumers are fully responsible for paying for prescriptions, services, and products at the pharmacy, facility, or provider at the time of service.

For prescription transactions, the Consumer will be entitled to receive a discount from the pharmacy in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedule. Towers Administrators LLC (doing business as “SingleCare Administrators”) is the licensed prescription discount plan organization with its administrative office located at 4510 Cox Road, Suite 111, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Chronovo, Inc. is the marketer of the prescription discount plan with details here at chronovo.care.  For additional information, including an up-to-date list of pharmacies and assistance with any issue related to this prescription discount plan, please contact Customer Support by calling toll-free at 844.263.CARE (2273), 24/7 (except major holidays). With your use of the ChronovoCare prescription discount card or app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

For all medical equipment, tests, products, and services, supplied by HomeLink, actual savings to individuals will vary based on product category, specific choice of products and other factors. Consumers may find similar products at similar prices. Some products and services may require a prescription or not be available. Full payment of products and services is the responsibility of the individual.

For surgeries and procedures, funding will be required to be placed in escrow after a price is negotiated but prior to service. Not all bills for all services are possible to negotiate or may not be able to be successfully negotiated. The negotiated rate will be for the procedure and codes provided and planned for in advance. If any unexpected additional or emergent actions are taken, outside the scope of the original pre-planned procedure that impact the overall cost, those fees will not be included in this agreement and will be the responsibility of the patient to pay for separately and/or submit to Chronovo for additional post procedure negotiations. Individuals will be required to sign a separate ChronovoCare Negotiation contract and accept all related Terms and Conditions.


ChronovoCare does not sell and will never sell, lease or otherwise provide any information about you or any of your transactions to any individual or organization other than with our partners and only for the purpose of delivering your products and services. Your confidentiality and the peace-of-mind it provides to you is fundamental to our business.


Chronovo and ChronovoCare maintain a comprehensive ISO 27001-aligned information security program. Our policies seek to ensure that Chronovo and ChronovoCare provide the highest level of security necessary to safeguard the data that is entrusted to us by our customers and partners.  We have strategically outsourced all data storage and network management to Rackspace and Microsoft Azure. These organizations have been certified at the absolute highest level of data security available and are ISO 27001, SOC1, and SOC2 certified.  All our e-mails are encrypted while in transit and at rest. All our employees are HIPAA trained and tested at the outset of their employment and annually by a third party organization, Accountable.
